Bremore Port has issued a notice informing the market that Bremore Ireland Port Ltd intends to launch a public procurement competition in due course for the construction of Bremore Port and to facilitate it in carrying out a technical dialogue/market sounding exercise with interested parties. Notices have been placed on E-Tenders and OJEC websites.

The project involves the construction of a new deepwater port on the east coast of Ireland. Prior to the anticipated issue of a contract notice, interested parties are invited to participate in a technical dialogue/market sounding exercise which is intended to obtain the views from experienced interested parties in relation to possible solutions for a project of this nature. It is intended that the information will be used to assist the contracting authority in the planning, detailed engineering and construction of the project. The contracting authority reserves the right to meet with one or more interested parties or not to proceed with the technical dialogue process at all at its discretion.
