Bremore Port has issued a notice informing the market that Bremore Ireland Port Ltd is seeking the views of agents on the future requirements of potential industrial, retail, commercial and logistical tenants for the landside port related acivities at Bremore Port and to facilitate it in carrying out a technical dialogue/market sounding exercise with interested parties.

The project involves the construction of a new deepwater port on the east coast of Ireland. Prior to the anitcipated issue of the contract notice interested parties are invited to paticipate in a technical dialogue/market sounding exercise in relation to the agency advice on future requirements of landside port related land use (including industrial, retail, commerical and logistics) at Bremore Port. It is intended that the information will be used to assist the contracting authority in the planning of the Project. In due course the contracting authority intends to run a procurement competition to select agents for the project.
