Cautionary Note

Mariners should note that the tidal predictions contained within are predicted depths of water for Drogheda Port town quays (Town), Hydrocarbon Terminals of Maxol and Flogas (Max) and the deepwater facility at Tom Roe’s Point Terminal (TRP).  Different depths apply to the three berthing locations.

Vessels Masters are strongly advised to seek clarification of the nominated loading/discharging berth to determine the appropriate maximum draft in advance of loading to/from Drogheda Port.

Weather conditions may influence the tidal predictions for Drogheda Port. Northerly winds and high barometric pressure may reduce predicted depths while southerly winds and low barometric pressure may increase them. Storm events may also effect the predicted depths.

It is believed B.S.T. will be kept between 25th March and 28th October 2012, but these dates are provisional. Times are given in B.S.T. between 25th March and 28th October 2012, otherwise times are given in G.M.T.
