Drogheda Port Company has a number of subsidiary and joint venture companies. Drogheda Port Logistics, East Terminals and Bremore Ireland Port.

Bremore Ireland Port

Bremore Ireland Port DAC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Drogheda Port Company. The Company is developing a world class, sustainable, carbon neutral port and port centric estate on the last remaining deep-water site on Ireland’s east coast.

The Project, a public-private joint venture between Drogheda Port Company and Ronan Group Real Estate, will add significant port and port logistics capacity consistent with national ports policy. This includes the provision of suitable facilities for offshore wind turbine storage and assembly.

As a new distribution node in the Greater Dublin Area located between Balbriggan and Drogheda on the M1 economic corridor, it will contribute to National and European climate objectives such as decarbonisation of transport, the generation of renewable energy  and will support region related social and economic activity.

Drogheda Port Logistics Limited

Drogheda Port logistics is a wholly owned subsidiary of Drogheda Port Company. The company provides a full range of port services including ship agency, chartering, cargo agency, warehousing, transport, and can provide stevedoring services for a full range of cargoes through the port stevedore, Fast Terminals.

East Terminals 

East Terminals is the licenced stevedore in Drogheda Port. The company offers a full stevedoring service for a wide range of cargo types including Bulk, Break Bulk and specialist out of gauge cargoes (high and heavy lift). The company specialises in timber and steel products. It operates a number of bulk (certified for agri-feed and food grade) and break bulk warehouses onsite in the port. 

The company has a modern fleet of hydraulic material handlers, cranes and a full suite of forklifts with capabilities up to 15 tonne.
