Daffodil Day by Noel Kelly
The big days, the little days, cancer can take special moments away, but together on Daffodil Day, we take those moments back.
In early 2014 Drogheda Port Company collaborated with the Irish Cancer Society and once again with the talent of artist Noel Kelly the Mall Bouy was beautifully transformed. This time it became an infusion of bright coloured daffodils just in time for Daffodil Day. The strong yellow and blue colours brought a sense of brightness and hope as well as highlighting the importance of Daffodil Day fundraising in the ongoing plight against cancer.
